We are Melissa and Joe from New York City, although we are currently living in Doha, Qatar. We are a family of Puerto Rican and Dominican origin, so Spanish language skills would be a definite plus. We are new parents, our son was born in November 2007. We are looking for a serious, professional nanny to care for our little one during the day and help us keep ourselves together around the house. We will not require much babysitting in the evening which means that you are free to enjoy these as you wish. Experience living/working with expat families in the Middle East is also a plus. We enjoy Travel, swimming, parks, photogaphy, community events, bowling, abd trips to the cinema.
Childcare 5 days/week is primary role. Work is Sunday to Thursday. Housework is secondary during the same period. Free-time is most evenings (not much evening baby- sitting required). Friday is day off.
