We are an Indian family of 3 members right now, and expecting our second child in May. We are quite open- minded about religious & social beliefs and will not force our dressing-up style.religion/social practices on the maid. We just need her to be caring with the kids and good at household work. Rest assured, the maid will feel a part of the family.
Taking care of my daughter, in the future of my yet to be born son, cooking, cleaning, ironing clothes & other household work. Since I am currently not working, the housekeeper will get some help from me with the kids. If & when I start working, the housekeeper will have to manage everything while I am out. She will get enough rest & free time since there is not much to do. I am basically looking for help as my kids have quite less gap between them.
