40 Hours - We wake up early here, around 6am...so you would need to be up then as well. He goes to "school" every morning from 8:30 till 11:30...you will need to drive him and pick him up. He naps after school for about 2 hours. I come home from work around 6pm. We like to go out in the evenings about 3 times a week, definitely Saturday nights. Sundays we like to spend the day with the family. You would have alot of free time, best that you are able to meet people easy so that you can enjoy your time when not working. Otherwise you will most likely be bored, lonely and unhappy.

Live-in Nanny to help with after- school care for the 6 yr old and day care for the 18 month old. The father works from home so flexibility will be available. You will have the nights and most weekends to yourself. Every once in awhile we might require Sat. night care.

we are an easy going, loving family who treats everyone including our nanny with respect and love. we too, in turn expect the love and respect from her. she will become part of our family. we are involved in one or two social gatherings a month that involve kids, the hindu associations, and there too she will be able to get to know other filipino nannies around here.. we love children and would expect that she does too. we hold a pretty much relaxed atmosphere where kids come first and then the whole world.
My son begins his morning going to school at 7:00. So she would have to be up by 6:00. My daughter is up by 8 and is of to school by 8:30. She would have to help me with them....lunchbox breakfast, dressing. I am awake then so i too will help. My son arrives at 5:00p.m. so not much worrying over my son. During the time they are school help with household cleaning and helping me cook. By 1:00p.m. my daughter comes home... and she is to help me with lunch and basic child care. I am basically an at home mom who works from home. At times i do go to the office but for short periods of time usually when kids are awy in school. During the afternoon she can relax a bit while i am with the kids looking over them. By 8:30p.m. the kids are of to bed. And she too can retire and go to bed. Occassionally we may need a friday or saturday night but then too kids will be put to bed early. Half of Saturday and full sunday - she may relax or choose to go out with us whether dinner, movies, or any other outing. We are respectful and loving to our nannies and we require the same honesty, responsibility, and respect from them.

Working mother and father with 2 great children who love doing art, swimming, baking and reading. Both girls are in school, 4 year old mornings only. We need someone who will look after younger daughter for the afternoon, having fun doing different activities, cook evening meal for family. We would all love to learn more Spanish, so would be ideal if nanny could speak both English and Spanish, but not essentail.
