We are a warm family, we will treat our nanny as part of us. We are open minded people and we respect the people that work for us.
On the mornings when the child goes to school the nanny can do the house work (cleaning the house, cooking). On the noon time (~13:00) she will need to fetch the child from school (7min walk) and then to be with her. She will need to make her lunch, to play with her, read her books, etc... Sometimes in the afternoon she will need to take her to friends in the neighborhood. On the afternoon it is usually babysitting until we arrive from work and not a phisical work. The work starts at 7:00am and finishes at around 19:00 (It is not a continous work, she will have time to rest during the day). The free time starts when we arrive home everyday. The weekend is from Friday noon time until Saturday night. On the weekend the nanny can travel in the country and see the beautiful places we have in Israel.
