We are a young, active household. Lot's going on, always on the go, these girls and parents love to be busy. Fahter runs large company and often travels. Parents take frequent short vacations. The biggest challenge is keeping up with the energy of the girls and the demmand that little sleep places on Mom. We have lots of fun and lots of laughs, but it is lots of work too. Our current nanny has been with us since May 2000, she is lovely and kind and she will stay on with us. We are looking to add another nanny. Family also enjoys entertaining, lots of parties and gatherings.
priority is childcare and keeping them happy, safe, entertained and polite! cleaning-up after children, preparing snacks and meals, help maintain there rooms, laundry, toys, activities. Probably 50hrs week (5 10 hr days) looking for flexible schedule, must be willing to work some weekends, overnights and evenings. We can be flexible with days and hours as needed. these are extremely active girls, who wake at 6am and go down at 8pm, sometimes they will not nap - LONG DAYS! nanny will need a lot of positive energy and patience. some travel will be required. There is a housekeeper and nanny already on staff, this position will be in addition to current nanny.

We are Fiona and Micheal Sheridan and we live in County Mayo in Ireland with our 2 children Conor and Sean. We live in Newport on the beautiful west coast of Ireland. It is a lovely picturesque town with lots of pubs and places to eat. It is only fifteen minutes from Westport or Catlebar which are great for shopping and browsing. There are so many things to see and do here in County Mayo, you will be spoilt for choice. The house is 5 minutes walk from the transport facilities and local shops.We are searching for an experienced, mature and organised aupair, one who has experience as an au-pair and enjoys working with children and has references.
A typical day will be: You will start at 7.30 or 8.00 a.m. help to get the children's breakfast get them dressed and play with them till 9.30 when they go to school or to their babysitter. You may have to do some light housework for short time then. Then day is free till the boys come home at 5 when you should give them a light meal and play with them till 8 which is bed time. Saturday will be your day off and Sunday we may need you a few more hours.

We are a happy, fun loving family. Lucy is a lovely, well behaved 7 year old, fun and affectionate, but needs someone who can give her routine and stability as she is very sensitive and has had to put up with quite a bit of change in her life. We would like to find an au pair who will do fun things with her and help her with her school work. We would also like someone who will help with basic housework.
We're flexible on duties and free time. Mainly need someone who can take Lucy to school and pick her up, do homework with her after school, and preferably help out with housework and errands during the day whilst she's at school. Occasional babysitting in the evening, but stress that everything is flexible.

Busy, friendly bunch who enjoy hosting new memebers to the family. we do not need a servant and we all work hard to run the house. We do need another pair of hands that can fill in the house work and drive us to where we need to go when Mum is at work. We like doing things together as a family, often taking short breaks or sharing films and activities. We love the outdoors and live in just the right place for this in the beautiful countryside. We like music and go to band gigs we also like to cook and take turns through the week.
