hi, my name is monika, and i'm the au-pair of this family at the moment. and because i start studying very soon, i have to go home and that is why i'm searching a new au-pair for them. we just moved houses and that is why, the parents are quite busy at the moment, so i just try to give them a hand. (for example by finding them a new au-pair ;0) ) the family is really nice. the parents are really lovely, funny, patient and their food is gorgeous. both are working, orla is working not all the time, so she will be around the house as well, because there is still a lot of stuff to do. the children are good fun, it will never be boring with them. david likes sport. you will have a bike there, and david will love you if you would make bike tours with him or go to the park. rachel likes playing with dolls, but she will give you exact instruction what you have to do, for example "pretend you're just coming home from work, pretend you feed the baby...", its quite funny. she also likes doing art, painting, putting make- up on, and the colour pink. i can just recommend this family and you will feel like a real part of the family! you also will have the opportunity to go to language school in limerick. we just live 20 minutes walk from limerick city. in limerick there are pups, clubs, lots of shops, a library, museums, everything you need. there is also a bus and train station, from which you can go everywhere in ireland. a big shopping centre is just 10 minutes walk from us. in there is a record shop, a few clothes shops and a big dunnes store.
we need somebody to help us with the children in the morning, to get ready for school (they have to leave the house at 8am) and to prepare lunch for them, when they are coming home, to help with their homework etc. As we just moved into a new house, we also would need somebody who is willing to help us do other stuff, that could be tidying up, help with the washing, unpacking boxes, dusting, just try to give as a hand. but of course, if you don't want to do a special task, just tell us you will have at least 5 free evenings a week and at least one free day on the week ends. you should work 30 hours a week, if you work more, we will pay you more of course. we need an au-pair from 20. september, if you want to you can come earlier. you can stay 2 months or even a full year if you want to.

it is an easy-going but busy household with 2 very active kids. the dog is a small, lovable house dog. we like to walk in the nearby forest park, play tennis, eat out (especially at weekends).

Hi, We are a young(ish) fun and friendly family of 5. We are moving from the Uk to Limerick in Ireland in June 2007. My husband's family are all living there so we are all very excited about the move, we want the kids to experience a bit of the Irish culture whilst they are still small. My husband however will remain working in the Uk for 4 days per week, so the extra help is really needed! Our children are all very outgoing and friendly, we like to encourage them to be as active as possible, hence there will be many after school activities going on. However, we do also like to hang out at home, and our time at the weekends is very precious as thats when we're all together as a family. We love our family and friends, we are very sociable. We often have people visit or drop in for a coffee! My 8 & 6 yr olds go to school full time and my 2 yr old goes to nursery. I am based at home but will be organising the build of a new house from
