We are a small family, just myself and my daughter. we are fairly easy-going and laid back. We like to have fun and also take it easy. I work full time and am fairly busy with commitments, but I truely enjoy my time at home and look forward to time off as well. My daughter is a lot of fun and loves spending time at home playing outside or in her playroom. She is very easy to get along with and well behaved as any 6 year old. I am biased, but I think she is very bright and creative. She has a wonderful imagination and is open to most adventures (unless it involves peas!) I believe she would really thrive with the right nanny/au pair who could give her support and attention. For the right person this position would be ideal in that you would have a lot of free time, though you would need to be someone who is comfortable on their own and a confident driver. we live about four miles from the nearest town which means we need someone who is confident and a good driver. Mostly we are looking for someone to share our home and be a part of our family. We would anticipate including you on family trips and weekend excursions if you like, but you would not be required to come, and your freetime would be your own. It is hard to describe ourselves here, but mostly we are an easy-going, happy family who enjoys laughter and fun. Perhaps if we speak I can give you a better idea of what we are like!
Duties would include picvking daughter up from school and on occasion taking her to dance class (1x week). there would be evening minding two nights a week. Free time would be between 9am-1:30pm Monday thru Friday, 5:30 on three nights a week Monday-Fri., and most weekends, though some extra babysitting may be arranged on occassion.
