we're pretty easy-going and flexible, because as a single full time working mother, you have to be. We are not going by a fixed time schedule (well, apart from the obvious, school and so on), but if everybody contributes, things work out just fine. We had four AuPairs in the past and they all liked it here, we are still in contact with all of them
childminding after school, homework with child, light housework (hoovering, tidying, dusting, laundry, maybe a little cooking)
