hi, i'm ms sudipta working as a employee relations manager in ibm and my husband works as a project manager in sap. we live in bangalore and have a 2 months old baby boy arsh. since both of us are working we want someone who knows how to take care of our little one well. please note that we are not looking at a maid material who has to take care of household work. we need someone who has to just take care of the child's day to day activities like bathing him, massaging him, playing with him, changing his nappies / clothes on a timely basis and sometimes feeding him. she should be able to train him with toilet habits and others as he grows big. overall someone who knows baby care very well. most importantly she should be patient, gentle, sincere and clean.
