We are a young American family with two (soon to be three) active boys. Our boys are fun-loving, very kind, and like structure and routine. We want a German-speaking nanny that also is fluent in English, because we want to make sure that our boys are exposed to the German language (and that we still have a way to communicate while we are learning!). We'll be living in Germany for 2-3 years, and want to experience the best that Europe has to offer.
We need our nanny to care for our boys while we are at work. We would like to put our oldest in kindergarten, so our nanny would have to drive him to and from school. We want the boys to have outside time or other physical activity every day, be served nutritious (but simple) meals, and have a stable routine at home. We want our nanny to use German language with the boys. Free time would be when we are home. We would like our nanny to provide evening care only 3-4 times per month.
