We are a small familiy with one beautiful son of 51/2 years who will have another baby-son in late march/beginning of april.We used to have several au-apirs before, when maximilian was younger but at some point we thought that maxi was old enough to be without somebody taking care of him the whole time. Now that we will have another baby the situation is going to change again. The au-pair we are looking for is needed especially for the baby because my husband and I run our own business. I will stay at much home as possible in the beginning but I also have some things in the office to do, which means that I need help during that time (2-3 hours a day) and also help doing the housework. We are a very flexible family and we are flexible with our au-apirs wishes and needs, too. We like to have a good atmosphere at home and would love to have an ai-apir that has a friendly and outgoing character and likes to laugh, too. Our first wish is that we can highly trust our au-apir because she will have to be together with the baby.
We are looking especially for an au-pair girl who likes to be around a little baby. This will be her first priority. Christian and I work in our own business, so we need someone who we can highly trust. On the weekends the former au-pair will mostly not have to work. We like to be around the kids on the weekends as much as possible. Next to taking care of the baby, the au- pair will have to do some easy housework like cleaning the floors and bathrooms and doing some ironing and approximately two times a week doing some babysitting in the evenings.

we are a happy and active family of five living in the suburbs of hamburg. our children are being brought up billigually. i have been an au pair myself, and was given a wonderful 15 months by an american family. we live in a house with a garden. whoopi and murphy, the two cats live mainly outside, but are allowed to come inside, too. our daughter mia goes to school, her brothers will both be in kindergarten from 8 am to 12:30 p.m. my husband's job requires that he, frank, is sometimes away a few days a week. i, marion, are working part-time.
We would appreciate a loving and caring person that would also be able to ensure that Mia spends time on her homework, learn and draw with them and take them to school, kindergarten, sport and social activities. We would want you to teach our kids your language. You should be reliable, firm if necessary, honest and interested in the German culture, country and language. You will be treated like a family member and not as an employee. You would always be welcome to join our family activities, trips, parties etc. If you are an outgoing and independent young woman who enjoys sports and making new friends, you would fit best into our family. In your spare time you will be free to do what you want. We enjoy meeting your friends. We would like you to do light housework, especially tidying up (together with our kids). A driving licence would be helpful, but isn\'t a requirement. We would appreciate it if you could cook for the children once in a while. Frank and I like going out. We might ask you to babysit one night a week. From our side we would offer the following to you: - cute children (most of the time :-) - nice surrounding - a main city "next door" - single room - seperate bathroom - possibility to take language courses - a car, whenever neccessary - a bike (Elmshorn offers a lot of sports, theatre, cinemas, shopping, public libary, clubs and restaurants for young people, most (young) people take their bikes to go places) - ... and we would do our best, to ensure that you have a good time here.
