We are a loving couple excited about welcoming our first child later this year. We currently reside in Utah, but will be moving to northwest Indiana (about an hour drive or train ride to Chicago) just after the baby is born. I will be starting a new job as a pediatrician at that time while my husband will be finishing up his college degree. Our household will also include my mother who is currently retired and will be living with us full-time upon our return to Indiana. She is fairly independent and does her own thing, but may need help from time to time with transportation to appointments. Our family also includes 2 dogs, Kristi and Zoey, and two cats, Tasha and Hailey. Overall we are a very relaxed and loving family and we cannot wait to have our baby join us!!
Full time care 4 days per week (~7am- 5pm), with the possibility of occassional 5 days per week. In addition to caring for our infant, we would also like someone willing to transport the baby's grandmother to appointments and provide some companionship to her as well, although no care beyond companionship and transportation would be expected. We would expect some light housekeeping to be done from day to day, but will not expect you to do the major housekeeping. We would appreciate if you would be willing to do the baby's laundry, but this would not be a necessity.
