I work alot with my home business with China and the Us and travel alot, and am looking for a nice, younger responsible nanny for my girls. Between 20-35 yrs. My girls are very independant, they mostly need to be organized. Our home is on a pleasant street and nice neighborhood and in a town called Sylvan Lake. 20 mins away from Red Deer Alberta,1hr and 1/2 from Calgary or Edmonton. Two hours from Banff. There are many activities here and beaches for walking and enjoying the summer days and evenings. My daughters take well to new comers. I also want our Nanny to feel part of the family and also mabye find her simular race friends for her to feel comfortable. The winter months are cold but there are still winter activities to enjoy. I love authentic chinese dishes and would love to teach my nanny canadian cuisine as well. I am planning on moving into a larger home this fall for her to have more room to enjoy.
I would like my Nanny to prepare the children for school, cook meals, house chores, laundry, and for her to enjoy her free time as she wishes. I also travel alot and would need her to watch the children while away or possible trips with our nanny as well. I have been to china twice and do business there and I really like their kindness and would respect them and treat them well.

We are a great family of 5. We have lived in Edmonton for 2 years and had a great nanny. She enjoyed working for us and found us to be very respecting of her needs, treated her very well and became a great friend to us. We will be relocating to Olds Alberta September 2007. I will be working 3 days a week and don't mind if the nanny travels and stays with us for the duration or comes and goes each night. Our children are fun, healthy, active and smart. They have adjusted well to having a nanny in Edmonton hence the reason we have choosen to do this again for their sake. The kids love the one on one attention and learning experience they get from an at home caregiver. They enjoy lively play with music, table time with crafts, dress up, quiet time with stories etc. We have all the means to do this in our home. I would like to keep our four year old active in a preschool as she is getting ready for kindergarten, this would require the nanny to take her there and drop her off for the time. We will have the nanny's first priority as the children's caregiver. We understand how the day gets busy, we require light housekeeping with cleaning of the day's activities. There will be preparing of the childrens meals and beginning the prep for the family's dinner. Occassional evening shifts may be involved and weekends. I often work shift work and occassionaly will be sleeping in the home during the nanny's day. We will require the nanny to occassionally take the four year old to preschool. We would like the children to be outside often when weather permits and are looking for a very caring and child loving nanny.
