We are a close-knit ranch family that works very hard in the field of animal welfare and environmental management. We are food lovers and serve scratch organic gourmet meals in our home almost every night. Our ranch is located in an endangered ecosystem with tons of wildlife and birds (but no trees). We direct market our own Tk Ranch Certified brand of meat products and are expanding our business - this is why we need someone to join our team and assist us with educating our four daughters.
Duties will focus on teaching and directing our four children in their daily duties. Our children are used to work and are very motivated individuals, but require guidance and supervision while my husband and I do our work. We have 3 home based businesses in addition to organic ranching so will almost always be on-site. We require 6 hours of teaching per day, plus 2 of motivating our children to cook/clean/ etc. Expect a 40 hour work week - with 2 days off.
