we are a military/nursing family and are respectful and kind to our nannies for the vital job they do. our children do not have exposure to grandparents/family as we are moved around alot. our nanny will hopefully be a flexible person, as our routine relies on a rotating roster(evening and night shift). our nanny will also be able to form her own life outside of our family and this will be respected by us. we will help her when ever we can and in times of need we will compensate her accordingly.our nannies pay also will not change as she will be paid irrespective of the amount of hours worked.
