| Hi! i am nargiza from uzbekistan. i found your announcement at http://www.nanny-agency.com and was very glad for the opportunity to take care of children in foreign country, in a family where my contribution will be appreciated to tell about myself, as i have mentioned above, i live in uzbekistan, tashkent. graduated from foreign languages university where english was main direction of my study. currently i am working in it company “sunet technology” as content operator. although work takes almost all time (in uzbekistan working hours are from 9.00 till 18.00, but one can hardly leave work on time) i devote free time to languages learning and helping to people in need. i took care after a disabled five years old child with cerebral spastic infantile paralysis. her mother was arabic language tutor and coming to her for private lessons i couldn’t stop myself from helping her in childcare. it was my initiative to help the family in looking after child; it was not paid job. every day i visited her after university classes, and tried to make best of those 4-5 hours spent there. we has lots of things to do together: i taught her to read, she learnt poems, played developing activities and done exercises prescribed to her in accordance with her disease. she was happy, and i was double happy that i could make someone’s life better. and this feeling was best reward for me. before babysitting with 5 years old girl (abovementioned) i had english language teaching experience in orphan house. i came there with my own initiative to help orphanages in a way i can. i spent there several hours every day, taught english, talked with them. it was essential experience in learning children’s mind, to come to friendship, which was hard work. but putting myself in their place, playing with them, talking on neutral topics worked for us, and we enjoyed our english lessons and extra activities beyond lessons till their summer holidays. i have bachelors degree in linguistics, specialized in english language. although bachelors degree is not essential factor in looking after children, but, in my home country it is believed when caring adult has higher education degree it indirectly contributes to child’s development. talking about personal qualities, i love taking care after children. children can easily communicate with me. i spend time usefully playing cognitive games with them. in the company of children i myself becoming a child and playing with them. i love learning languages and reading books. i enjoy watching soccer games and my favorite team is chelsea. my heroes are m. gandhi and m. l. king, i appreciate people having such qualities. as for housework, i am open and willing in dealing with them as i regard it first of all place where i live, and it is for my own goodness to live in a clean house. i clean my house myself and take it as everyday house work. considering that your house with two children, i consider it is important to keep house clean. please let me know if you have any concern/questions, additionally, i could provide recommendation letters upon your request. yours, nargiza u. |
